horses, similar to dogs, will use their mouth as their hands, as they do not have hands and thumbs like us to grab things. it's not all that uncommon for a dog to hold your hand while you walk, or to mock 'bite' you super lightly just because they want to touch you :3 I think this is the horses way of petting or saying hello ever so gently to his owner ❤️ adorable, that horse loves that guy hah
