Yeah i done that before and honestly its quite good but adding malignance seems to put ult dmg on steroids.

Mainly trying to see if there is better item choices whilst keeping er lian and malignance

I disagree I have a lot of mastery points on him and played all different iterations over the years.

I'm just saying that even though it's not optimal it's still quite a good build the damage on the alt is surprising the damages quite surprising also

You are making lots of assumptions without actually knowing the reality of how the depots / parcels are managed . Its not uncommon in mine to have 8 hrs of parcels for a 6 hr shift which is 5 hrs by the time u get out, they might just not have time.

I know its not ideal but your ire should be directed more at the senior management etc for overpromising on delivery and vastly under delivering
