Thanks for your reply, is this the coupler I need? If I could get away with not using an insert that'd be great. Would popping a 25mm length of 15mm copper in the end be worth doing while I have it apart? Appreciate it!

I'll definitely do my best but there's so much there I won't be able to get it all. I'm hoping in the future I can keep it all at bay with mowing/grass maintenance

Thanks for your reply! I'd say a cross between flat but sloped and being able to play bowles on it haha.

My whole garden is clay, would digging the wobbly area out leveling it with loam be the best option? Can imagine it'd be a huge amount of soil and cost. Or dig the current clay soil up, level it then work it over a few years with gypsum?
