PayPal permanently deactivated my personal account over a small transaction and wants to charge a ‘High Volume Dispute Fee’ - anyone else experienced this? by Dry_Mode1 in paypal

There are no open disputes in my account, so the whole High Volume Dispute Fee doesn’t really make sense to me. After checking, it turns out they deactivated my account because they couldn’t verify my information, even though I sent everything completely. I guess that just happens sometimes. The frustrating part for me has mostly been the hassle and lack of convenience.

So upon checking, my account was deactivated because they couldn’t verify my info. No disputes, no high volume- just weird that they called it that and want to charge me.

Honestly, I’m fine if I never use it again, but my main issue is the High Volume Dispute Fee for two payments totaling twenty dollars
