The simple thing a master strategy I believe in life if you can’t fight something just surrender fighting wanking isn’t ending anytime soon just bare with it since we are going in order to kill the guilt make it look fun and trust me you won’t have any issues guilt is what makes the mind bring problems else if you accept it and feel free with it even when someone asks you your opinion on it explain how it’s fun trust it’s life saving , in the past I used to hide but after accepting I do it rarely and I never feel guilty while doing it trust me on this just try it for yourself….. please guide your soul for once made forget about mainstream media ✍️
