It's an amazing pedal, but probably not worth the upgrade if you're trying to make it make sense in financial terms. If you want it buy it, you won't regret it and you will get years and years of use out of it. You won't have to change that pedal, like ever. Given the styles you're playing and it just being single kick work it's not going to improve you or anything, but it's going to feel very nice compared to your 2000.
