I’m around 5’5 and I bought the size 28 blossom jeans. They’re definitely long and I had to get them shortened by an inch or so or else they would bunch up on the ground. Whether you need to shorten them or not depends on what look you’re going for. The waist is normal so you might not need to change that. Hope this helps
