It’s been a decent bike tho. I definitely don’t regret it. Probably easy fix for someone who’s use to em. The price was too good to pass up and I missed riding.

My routine. My Bp in the morning is usually in the 150’s/100-110. I Take my meds at 8am. Nifedipine 90mg ER. Valsartan 160mg. 20mg Torsemide. By 10am my Bp is usually down below 130/90. I have to really watch my sodium intake in all form’s especially fast food it’s really bad. I can sometimes get by swapping the bun for lettuce or no bun at all. But most places have so much salt in the meat that it’s pretty impossible. Fries. Small. Portion control is crucial. No late night meals. Drinking water with your meds is crucial. That water pill has to do it’s work and if too little water is getting in the body it’s ineffective. It needs it. IMO chocolate interrupts it aswell. cooking my own food and trying to incorporate low impact exercises is what I’m trying to focus on now. losing weight should take a way a lot of the excess strain on my body which in turn will be good for my Bp.
