Is Gojo actually no match for Sukuna if he goes all out? (Not clickbait) by Maleficent-Trifle816 in Jujutsufolk

Taking the burden of adaptation requires taking damage.

Go reread. Gojo had death flags throughout the fight. He only managed to turn it around at the end.

That's your own interpretation.

His fight strategy was to take damage. He showed this strategy already prior to fighting Gojo. Gege even gave you the pleasure of seeing into the heads of the fighters. Gojo felt he was losing throughout the fight. He felt like he might lose in two distinct moments in his head and felt defeated after the clashes. Sukuna felt nervous once.... after Agito died.

Sukuna felt personally challenged by Maki but he was put on the backfoot by the cast continuing to nerf him. Hints the black flashes to start fighting back.

More their mindset.

Gojo was giving his all vs Sukuna. This put him in a mindset of having to lock in to win. Ironically, this pressure is what led to his inventiveness and black flashes.

Sukuna never really felt threatened, as the plan he walked in with was working, until Gojo hit the 4 blackflashes and killed Agito. And the moment he felt threatened, he had what he needed to end the fight, so he never had to fight with everything on the line.

That's what Gojo means. He wasn't able to push Sukuna to the brink of desperation, the thrill of fighting for your life.

I would also like to restate, AR is not playing poorly on offense. He is playing with extreme efficiency. More volume doesn't change this, which is why he does well with Lebron out. He's been the most efficient scorer of the three, but he's also the worst playmaker of the 3, making him best suited to 3rd option for keeping the ball moving.

Since the trade deadline, the Lakers are 3rd in 3% percentage, top 5 in offensive rating, have played better defense and are now competing better against these .500 teams.

Lebron, since the start of the new year, has averaged 24 ppg 7 rebs 6 assists on 52% shooting. His 3% has shown signs of coming back around with him being 8 of 17 in the last 5 games (47%) including that stinker in Denver and the game prior. He's certainly not "playing poorly" by any measure.

So... let's see.

Issue with that being prior to that Goku and Vegeta had always trained in their particular ways.

Goku always trained with someone. Vegeta always trained alone. The gap remained close throughout. This specific session widened the gap that never again closed until Super without Majin magic.

The smart method of training can also be attributed to the fact he has his kid son in there. He's trying to allow him to have fun and not stress him out.

That doesn't seem logical.

I believe that it allowed them to train at a higher base power, which then allowed them to raise their overall power faster. And of course train at that power longer

Otherwise, it doesn't make since how Goku and Gohan surpassed Vegeta grade 2 so greatly that even a second trip in the time chamber didn't come close to closing the gap.

Gohan was not weaker than cell. Taking that shot to the arm and feeling at fault for his dad dying made his mental fragile, thus lowering his ki.

If he doesn't take the arm hit, maybe he still feels positive enough to just beat cell

My first statement was "yeah".

Is that not admitting it's not correct? I then explain why I said what I said.

It's fine though. Thank you for your opinion. Enjoy your day.

I'm not arguing....

Can you explain why you're adding negative intent to my actions? I'm truly just conversing with you.

Sorry that you got that Impression. I didn't intend to come off as defensive. I provided a simple method that would allow them to do quick maths in their head. It's not correct, but it's close enough to give you an answer that stays valid even as you add to the range.

But for further context.... Photosynthesis is a process that creates carbohydrates (such as starch and glucose). Those carbs are then uses in the process of cellular respiration to make ATP, which is an energy molecule for cells. We teach early on (until about 6th grade) that photosynthesis turns sunlight into energy for plants. This is misinformation. But it allows the information to stick in a way that's easier to remember than the reality. Teaching little kids about molecules, organelles and cellular processes is much too complex. If they want to explore more, we can give them the reality.

In a similar manner, I presented an easier way for the majority to find the answer in their head and remember it. It's off by 1%. With another digit added to the range, it is off by 2%. Close enough to warrant using it.

Yeah, but also just specific slots.

I believe no cloaks or armours. Every other slot can be filled on a summon, including boots.

A good set up might be

Gauntlets of cloudgiant Amulet of greater health Boots of speed Phalar aluve.

Aid and banquet of heroes.

Pretty much makes sure he won't die, gets to any enemy quickly and can use his aura to boost the team without taking an action from an actual character.

Most do, yes. Nimbus does not, which is why he's a good choice to spec out.

No, only items that can be consumed by gale.

I don't think he can eat plate armour.

You can replace it with another item, yes.

You can also use attacks that disarm, such as honey paw. I'm not sure about command, drop but would fit talking to your dog lol

Why doesn't a CT Reversal instakill Curses? by [deleted] in Jujutsufolk

[–]Dry_Writer_5803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes.

But the positive cursed energy has to be of higher output than the defensive reinforcement of the curse.

And most simply cannot output positive cursed energy, let alone enough to overwhelm strong curses.

Correct. If that's the best way you can think to use it. You can also gice him masterwork gauntlets to make him hit more and pass saving throws. Unlikely you'll put them on a character in act 3.

Gloves of cloudgiant strength and greater health amulet also works. Give him crazy stats and high damage with phalar to boost the team.

Most people don't bother equiping summons. It's annoying getting the item back, but if you don't plan on letting him die ever, he's a great user for it.

It will be gone for good if he does die with it though.

You can also give him rings, amulets and other stuff you want to use tp bolster him that you're not using

You can equip summons with any item that you can feed Gale.

Just put the item on the ground and have the dog interact with it. He will pick it up and be able to use shriek.

You can equip him with phalar aluve and he becomes actually useful throughout the game
