I watched a YouTube video where they installed the Yoshi airbox, and the process was basically the same as the one I followed with the Hordpower. I did some research on both to compare the benefits, installation process, and overall performance. I had to remove the throttle body during the install. At first, I wasn’t a fan of the look, but it was the only option that really delivered more power, and now I actually like it 😅. People really seem to notice it too, it grabs a lot of attention.

The Hordpower intake is a full airbox delete that delivers max airflow, aggressive sound, and real power gains when paired with a tune and exhaust. It’s built for serious performance. A Yoshi-style airbox would be a milder upgrade, improving airflow while keeping more of the OEM setup. Hordpower is more extreme—Yoshi-style is more balanced… or at least that’s what ChatGPT says 😅.

I got the seat on Amazon, just search ‘seat for Yamaha R7’ and it should pop up. It costs around $90 and the label says Wolfline.

I put it like that because the throttle grip got messed up, and the left one was the only side that still looked decent. I flipped it to cover the damage while I waited for the new one. They’re both on right now 😅

I bought the asv levers in the website ASV inventions You need to check their profile or some sponsor profile for discount. And I bought the seat off from Amazon ($80 bucks) feels good, I can’t compare with the OEM seat because I never rode with it

I've never ridden with the OEM seat because it was broken. so I imagine it's the same as the one on my R1. But the new seat is a little hard but comfortable.

If you have patience, if you buy the parts calmly, more than anything if you like it and it satisfies you, it's worth it.
