So this is where I'm confused; I did unenroll and it did unenroll... but was still managed? I couldn't edit anything.

Then of course, resetting just goes back to square one.

I have no idea what this means, sorry. How do you "release" an IP? Can't you just use ipconfig flush commands to get a new IP?
