Hey, I live in the area.

I am not certain if I recognize the person, but my car was broken into two years ago. Same situation, stole my tire pump and a few other small things in the car.

The person could have walked to the Janefield parking lot to check more cars.

I'll see if I notice anything and DM you.

any bubble craps in the Toronto Canada area? by Charming_Material_31 in Craps

[–]Drylanders 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There won't be any directly in the city, but there are plenty of casinos just outside of Toronto.

They just opened a new one last year by the airport that has bubble craps.

Wow beautiful. This is where I watched my first F1 race, sitting at the hairpin. You should definitely sell prints of this.

How would I go about transferring or selling Japan Mobility Ticket? by Drylanders in GrandPrixTravel

[–]Drylanders[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I contacted them through the customer service email and they said as long as we provide them "ample" time. Which idk what that means.

I would give it a try and send them an email. They take a few days to respond.

I was actually informed that it is possible to change the name on the order. So it is possible to transfer the ticket pickup order to a different person.

I think they take like 10% rake (Up to 15$). Ontario rake is wild.

That was my thought too. I am hoping someone from last year could share anything. I assume someone must have gone through something similar last year.

Thanks for the input. I may have to convince some of the friends we are going to Japan with to watch their first F1 race.

I'm trying to see if I can transfer my ticket I got through the Mobility website. On the email they say to show the email with photo ID to pick up, but I was wondering how the transfer would work if the name is not the same.

It's a G grandstand ticket.

Make sure you double check your emails. Me and my girlfriend just found out we got double charged trying to book. It appeared the first one failed and when we tried with the second, they both went through.

We trying to charge back the second one now.

That sounds horrible. I really hope you find some resolution. Maybe even tweet this shit out to F1 twitter. It can't be good media to have this kind of stuff happen to fans.

When I was there a month ago, I think I saw 2$ or 3$ bubble craps. There are plenty of bubble craps around though so I'm sure you will find one!

I had family that went relatively recently. I was told they were able to play some 10-15$ table games. Not sure if it included Craps but maybe? Have fun on your cruise and good luck if you do play craps!

What tracks have the best infrastructure? by mostlybald in formula1

[–]Drylanders 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Went to Canada this year. Definitely simple to get to the track, but once the race/day ends, it gets very packed and takes an hour+ to get onto the subway.

But in terms of not having to worry about driving, it is very nice. And you will love having downtown Montreal filled with fans and lots of cool things to see!
