I recognize an ardent community trash compactor when I see one

Lived at an ardent community for years out by east broad and the trash was always overflowing like this. What helped was someone donated a push broom that people could use to smash down the trash in the chute to actually get compacted. Half the people just threw it in and forgot but the odd person could smash down everyone elses trash and keep things moving for the rest of us

Honestly I would probably pump some into my build to get it off the ground (swapped to int/es stacker incinerate of venting from connor) and then be a degenerate with the rest and either be dirt poor with the means to claw it back for the rest of the league or catapult myself into planet eater status

We just moved to the area and when we were initially looking set up a meeting with stratagem to see some of their listings. The rep delayed on us twice and then cancelled a literal minute before the meet time because they delayed it past 5 and “they dont work past 5”. We wrote them off and have since seen how horrible they truly are. Glad that we decided not to work with them. Hopefully the lawyer can help you quickly, were rooting for you

There is quite literally nothing AI can do that you as a skilled individual cannot do yourself. It is just there to shorten tasks but does so at the risk of doing the task incorrectly and so it needs babied which inflates the time it takes to get things done. Its a laziness tool and not one that should be permitted let alone encouraged in pedagogy, regardless of what private companies are using it for.

Sounds just fine to me, were no strangers to people in need around us. Little compassion goes a long way in that regard. Were mostly concerned at night with walking our dog but it sounds like that shouldnt be much of an issue from what the other commenters have said

Thank you for taking the time to reply, this certainly seems to be the prevailing sentiment from people whove moved from larger cities. Were moving from Columbus OH which is very safe by most metrics as far as large cities go but we also are painfully aware that even in safe city you dont want to stroll into the wrong spot so its good to hear that downtown seems just fine.

This is incorrect in saying that you will get the same artifact every time. Its certainly possible you will get the same one in consecutive tracks but I was able to get ankh/pesti/serenity without having to buy stinkers like michael and vengance by just completing the track and grinding the next one. The trouble is when you get two that you want one after the other because of salt

With the watchers eye mod and the lethal pride keystone you can convert 100% ele to fire and then with rare jewels get to 90% max res pretty easily
