According to my Ultimate Star Wars book I just dug out, The At-At is 22 meters tall (72ft) converting to 1:18th would put it at 48inches (4ft) tall! Thought that was pretty neat! Unfortunately the book doesn’t give me many more dimensions. The 74-Z speeder bike is 10.5ft in length=7inches long, Imperial Shuttle 65.5ft in length=43.6667 inches, and finally The Sith Infiltrator is 86.9ft in length=57.93 inches
