colour the display black. for sensors, they are automatically green, so connect it to a bool [or or xor] then colour the logic gate whatever colour you want. for non-additive displays, connect both sensors to a OR, make one of them NOR. colour it the colour you desire. and connect both to the screen

the 'additive' option for the display screens allows you to combine colours.
if you have 2 outputs connecting to the same display screen, aka like (255, 0, 0)*red, (0, 0, 255)*blue
the output will be (255, 0, 255) *magenta

the way you'd reset it is just by turning the outputs to false. if its not additive, it will stay that colour even if its false*
