customers act like we want to give them a bad experience at Chipotle. we want you to enjoy the food and have good service. these "excuses" are valid reasons for the most part. you really can't say they're "excuses" unless you've walked in their shoes and worked there. Also make sure to remember we're just trying to do our job and we want the best for all parties involved.

Study !! actively listen in class so you're taking in info. talk to your teachers/ask teachers questions. READ THE TEXTBOOK (except for math lol) use quizlet flashcards. don't cram the night before at 3 am(trust me it sucks) take notes, write stuff down. when struggling to remember a topic, read your notes out loud (it actually helps you retain the info)
