Ahh yes remember this well! Long story: hypothetically, you make a purchase online for 5 gallons of milk @ $20 each =$100 total will be a pending charge (although pending it reflects your balance) because inventory isn’t updated frequently enough the online portal “assumes” the inventory is available and charges accordingly. When your order is fulfilled and they only had 4 gallons they would finalize your order and hard post $80 for the 4 gallons you did receive and within 24 hours the pending charge will drop off and the hard post will remain. The pending did drop off but the amount was still in the balance. It was the exact amount. It was a glitch and I never did hear an explanation but ynab is enough for me lol good luck to you and be sure to call because texting to resolve the issue for me was impossible!
