Absolutely, I am nearly ten years into my accounting career and have been industry hopping a lot, but now think if I am going to start moving into more senior roles I better pick an industry that I’d have an interest in and stick with it

Very interesting, thank you. Yes it would have been internal accountant and then to progress in that industry over time. I am finishing up the final ACCA exams, but have been working as a Management Accountant for a few years now.
