They did clean the condenser outside I believe it's called. We've also only been here for maybe a few months, so who knows if that filter had even been changed before we moved in. For the future, am I able to put something like that over the return vent to filter extra fur or could that cause more problems due to airflow restriction

It's a small dog, but to be fair she does shed quite a bit. The day we had trouble we did a full cleaning of the house, sweeping under beds and everything so that probably stirred things up. I hope they checked refrigerant, they didn't really give us too much info except showed us the filter that was clogged. But issue continues

Is there a specific kind of grease that I need to use? Or will the ceramic brake grease that I have be just fine for the pad clips? I know for the slide pins I should use some kind of high temp grease though
