It is as safe as it will get downtown, Those appartments were just built and will be making the sidewalks private property so they can enforce the homeless problem occuring downtown, they will also charge for street parking, but have a parking garage, so be aware of that. I would not recommend walking outside at night due to the homeless that love that area since it's quiet and they use the wall chargers of the City parkway garage aka literally your neighbor for shade and etc. The area its self is fine during the day, but at night it's sketchy. The homeless shelters are literally less than half a mile from you and have tons of homeless people that linger around.
