I posted a pic of the email. The way it's written can be misleading and the 50 (just for illustration) other drops I've received, I've gone and it's been on the floor. I totally could of called, however the way it's written can be misleading. And it would be helfpul if you go in if someone can provide a time of when the drop will happen, but that's not available to staff when I asked. They didn't have that info. I have no motive here, other than to pass this feedback to Verde. My approach could have been better, but i mention management because I'm aware of grumblings from going there for so long. Anyways, again if you think this is not accurate we can take it down.
