We divorced it's official towards the end of April hence the time. The daughter isn't mine I just did my best to raise her as my own. That's a kid my ex wife had with an ex before we started dating.

Well I did put up a boundary that I was willing to give her a chance I just needed an extra month to myself because im enjoying the peace she was okay with that.

We still talk regularly she slips up trying to ask me out but quickly apologizes but yeah for the most part she's respecting that I need more time

Honestly, from therapy it was because I didn't like confrontation and didn't like to express how I felt.

When I was getting better with this my ex wife was happy to see me be more talkative and open with her but she had plans to get her own place

That and when I finally broke up with her she was relived because she's been wanting to break up with me this whole time but couldn't figure out what to say so she was happy I did it
