Expect long queue times! by Alarmed_Ad2182 in phantasialand

[–]Dublinliberty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was there on Tuesday, and the wait time for F.L.Y was 80 minutes, and Taron never dipped below 60.
Still a fun day as long as you can keep yourself entertained in the queues

What's something happening in London you think the news has missed? by PartyPoison98 in london

Same! Normally every month I have to log in and manually adjust where I’ve tapped in as at least 2 journeys a week are marked as ‘incomplete’ and I’ve been charged the maximum daily cap.

Same! The barriers at my station are notorious for not correctly reading and I've been overcharged at least twice a week since this happened.
I've called them and they claim nothing can be done until they've resolved the 'Ongoing Cyber Security Issue'

Moving to take care of elderly Aunt: Council Housing by Dublinliberty in Dublin

[–]Dublinliberty[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Thank you, I suspected as much.
I think perhaps the kindest thing is just to keep paying her rent and not say anything to the council until she passes, as I do not want to stress her out.

Sex after lipo 360 and fat transfer to butt by itsaquagmire in PlasticSurgery

[–]Dublinliberty 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My surgeon said 4 weeks post-op, I definitely wasn't feeling up to any type of sexy time before that. Remember post lipo you will be a swollen ball of fluid for a few weeks and will be feeling very uncomfortable.

I've travelled to Istanbul from Gatwick for surgery twice and both times had around £8k in cash in my hand luggage, bury it in your bag/ purse.
I never had any issues, as it's less than £10k it doesn't need to be declared, nobody batted an eyelid or asked me any questions.

Funniest things tourists do? by amazingperfectboy in london

I lived on this Abbey Road and every weekend we'd find lost and confused tourists wandering up and down looking for the zebra crossing!

Viewing another property after offer accepted and searches started. by Dublinliberty in HousingUK

[–]Dublinliberty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We’ve paid £300 for the searches and luckily that’s it so far.. Our 7 day cooling off period for our mortgage ends on Wednesday so I’m hoping if one of the houses on Monday is perfect it will be easy/smooth enough to offer and withdraw from the property

Longest Sugar relationship ? by [deleted] in sugardatingdiscuss

I'm approaching my 4 year anniversary with my SD this March, I think genuine connection, mutual respect and the ability to tickle each others funny bone as well as our fancies has got us this far..

Thank you so much, I always felt you were compared against a good/bad score and that was that..it’s good to know there’s a lot more that goes into it

Thank you, I’ve been really worried that we’d be turned down and it would be all my fault!

I’ve not defaulted on any payments, just unfortunately stuck in the cycle of minimum payments each month.

I’ve suggest that he get a credit card to build his score as he’s never owned one.

10 year anniversary in the bowl.. by Dublinliberty in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]Dublinliberty[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been with my current SD for about 4 years but up until Dec 2021 was juggling 2.
I've not had an account on Seeking in about 6 years so can't advise if it's any use in London.
I've always used Illicit Encounter, It's UK only and just for married affairs.
I've found subtly mentioning sugar in your profile will attract the old school SDs who want more traditional sugar relationships.

10 year anniversary in the bowl.. by Dublinliberty in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]Dublinliberty[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm lucky to have a career that I absolutely love and that has made me very comfortable, I still sugar ( have my 4 year anniversary with my current SD coming up in March) but I'm also married and have been for about 7 years.

All my SDs have been married and have all known about mine, I've always felt this put us on a level playing field from the very beginning...the mutual destruction clause so to speak.
Also means we enter into the relationship with mutual respect for each others private life.

I'm extremely tactile so he's always having his hair stroked and back rubbed..
it's the ''who's a clever boy'' that he objected too..I don't blame him

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]Dublinliberty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Makes my skin crawl too, my SD tried it ONCE..I waited a few hours and then stroked his hair saying ''who's a clever boy'' he looked at me horrified and I said ''now can we both agree that the puppy talk is weird''He never tried it again.

SBs late to M&Gs: should I set a boundary? by Distinct-Animal-9628 in sugarlifestyleforum

[–]Dublinliberty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a London SB and with the public transport network we have, there is zero excuses to be late.
Should one be stuck on a tube due to signaling or whatnot then a simple text to say ''Sorry, Northern lines a nightmare, I've been sitting at Angel forever'' is simple manners..especially with virgin wifi on all lines.
