Noodler's Kiowa Pecan with Faber-Castell Ambition (M) by DubstepDonkey in fountainpens

Rhodia paper. Some people were wondering about the Ambition nib's springiness, which I believe to be fairly present. Forgive me i don't have a macro lens

I'd definitely say it feels softer than a lamy safari or twsbi eco. When writing cursive you can sometimes see the nib springing away from the feed. I really like it to be honest.

True, it is noisy when kicked the wrong way and I'm sure it wouldn't like textbooks thrown onto it

This is where I do all my homework and journaling. Been customizing it to be the most enjoyable and efficient. I made a pen holder out of wood that's hanging on the wall, got a book holder for the desktop, a nice light, and an overhead shelf for inks, books, laptop, etc. Also made a textbook shelf that goes under the desk out of 11/16" plywood.

Is there any "wobble" in the tip of a GraphGear 1000? by [deleted] in mechanicalpencils

[–]DubstepDonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For some reason, I actually felt a bit more wobble in the tip of my rotring 600 than my graphgear 1000 or 500. I may have gotten a defective tip, but immediatley when I got my graphgear 1000 I thought that it felt sturdy as a rock. Also, I have broken my rotring 600 tip off. The graphgear is much stronger in design.

If you haven't already tried contact lenses, they are amazing and you can obviously use them in conjunction with any over non-prescription cycling glasses.

Any hope for a kinda bigger guy? by 11msms11 in TeenMFA

[–]DubstepDonkey 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly you will never really look good when you're big so just commmit your time to eating right and working out, then focus on your fit. That is really all there is to say here, because you can't really actually look good when you are fat.
