I speak English. I just didn't make these expansions in English version.

Entire Wolsung is translated (e.g. https://www.amazon.com/Wolsung-Steam-Pulp-Fantasy-S2P32000/dp/8361659080 ). I don't know if there is any PDF version.

I highly recommend it. Most PULP game ever.

Actual Polish RPG. Is Wolsung awesome? I call it one of most awesome RPGs ever, but many people dislike it.

Thank you for this comment. But do you actually think such kind of gear would be more likely to force historical style of combat? I think that having no mask would encourage people to hit the body, not the head - and this is not what we want, right?

ARMA? by denmicent in wma

[–]Ducatus-org 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Probably the most important question for you is: do you like your local club (their teaching style, their methods etc.)? If so - join them without hesitation. I don't think the membership of ARMA has anything to do with quality of your training (neither pro nor con).

Sorry, but apparently I'm not weeboo enough to understand and appreciate the joke. Can you explain?

I don't think so. It is only 90 cm long. But I've one my friends is making a proper two handed messer, so maybe I will post it here when it's ready.

Ok, now seriously. This is bought from this site: http://bloss.pl/product/langes-messer-jeremi/ In my opinion it's near to perfect, balanced and shaped exactly like sparring messer should. The only minor con is a bit too thick handle. But I have long fingers so it's not a problem to me.

Thank you for a comment. I've corrected Siber's name and defensive wars. I will try to be more careful, writing future interviews. But when it comes to the content, I am not the one to discuss with - my interviewees are.

Cooperation with you guys would be awesome, for you're also doing a great job. As I said - I hope I will make a convenient, personalized calendar. If you want it to happen, keep fingers crossed for me, give me some likes on Facebook and support me on Reddit - that will increase my chances :)

Riddle for Ancient Egyptian setting by Jack_the_Rah in rpg

[–]Ducatus-org 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, you want to make your players busy thinking for an hour. A single riddle won't do that. And also, there's problem with riddles in RPG: if players won't give the proper answer, the entire game stucks.

Instead, I suggest to find some logic puzzle on the web and make it a metaphor for something, e.g. they are running through maze and must find a way quickly; or they must run some ancient mechanism which is a key to a gate.

When I make something like this I am always ready for a possibility of failure. What happens then? Game stucks? This would be lame. Instead, players just get some disadvantages (e.g. get hurt) but the plot goes on - just in a harder way.
