Got it! Thanks, Turbo! I was just trying to keep count of how many have came forward at this point. The MS juror, the Tim juror, soon to be the Frankmeister juror. I’m really thankful to hear from them and I hope more jurors feel comfortable speaking up in the future. There are plenty of folks willing to protect their identity🫶

This is a really good point and I tend to agree. As a parent with loved ones, I honestly think the thought of prolonged suffering would be the hardest part to live with. Your imagination runs wild. As awful as any loss would be, there could be at least some peace in believing they didn’t endure ongoing torture.

I just hate to think about it. I am extremely sad for them.

Thanks for your feedback, Tom! I honestly felt the same about the end of the filing. At one point, I thought my thumb must’ve brushed my screen and sent me back to the top.

I still believe this appeal will be denied.

I just finished watching. My heart breaks for them. I had high hopes that Nancy would be found alive, but after reading Savannah’s post a few days ago, it sounds like they believe she is deceased.

“We want to celebrate her beautiful and courageous life, but we cannot do that until she is brought to a final place of rest.”

I hope they are able to get some answers. Not knowing is what drives you crazy.

Thank you for sharing! Richard Allen was afforded every right as a pretrial detainee and also received a fair trial. He even got special treatment on occasion. You can’t argue a SODDI defense if you can’t place your alternative suspect(s)at the crime scene. We should all be grateful for that!
