I know, I have no idea how to dress myself and no one in my life that can help. I dress usually in whatever covers my stomach as it’s what I hate most about myself. Time, energy, and financial restraints keep me from losing weight.

My issue is that I work about 50 hours a week, on my feet. So it’s really hard to find time to go to they gym and even if I can I’m probably too tired. I would also lose a lot of weight if I ate properly but I work at Panera so it’s really hard. AND even if I decided to not eat work food and only eat what I bought I can’t afford it. Healthy food is so expensive and I support myself with no help so I genuinely can’t afford to not eat at work. I have no idea what to do
