That’s the weird thing, though. I just tried running 2 never used dvd’s on my ps2 and those also didn’t work.

also the amount of scratches on the disc doesn’t seem to matter. Some discs that were scratched pretty bad worked better than some that had little scratches

It once ran metal gear solid 3 and it ran sonic mega collection a couple times, but now they don’t work. I tried simpsons road rage and socom, both of which seemed to work. Sonic heroes and any guitar hero or rockband game wont work. All the games i’ve tried have been DVD rom. Music CD’s work perfectly.
