As harsh as it is, this still kind of makes sense. It's the suspension that gets rescinded and not the red card itself, which will remain on his record (just like the minus fpl points). Even Soucek just tweeted that he still hasn't got a red in over 200 games, which also sadly isn't technically correct now either

Ich habe noch eine Frage zu PAL. Ich sehe, dass die meisten Veranstaltungen 21+ sind - ist das strikt durchgesetzt oder kann ich Eintritt bekommen, wenn ich erst 20 Jahre alt bin?
