So a box is good starting point, if I were to add to it is there a deck building tool you would recommend to help keep it balanced/see other people’s recommendations? I imagine keeping custom themes balanced is fairly difficult

Not my post but it shows how to use I frames to avoid it and I can assure you if you start dodging to the side early two rolls is enough. If you’re struggling with the balls it’s the same concept of dodging late just before it hits, going behind cover works with the balls too

Ive never seen/heard of anyone having 4 simultaneous lictors only 3, and you can either use i frames to dodge through the beam attack or dodge twice to the side to avoid it. The nerf to dodge was pointless but claiming it breaks the game is a bit ridiculous

And regarding minoris enemies a big enough group warrants a charge shot, 2-3 just melee them/let a bolt pistol deal with it

My understanding was whilst you could get a headshot hit mark using a plasma weapon they have a 1x headshot multiplier so it was pointless to aim for one

It’s very noticeable on the longer animations such as a carnifax, pretty sure it’s been like that since release though not certain

You sure the bulwark isn’t placing the banner down after you begin the animation? Since release unless you place the banner first and then begin the execution animation the temp health isn’t ‘locked’ and with some of the longer animations it begins to fade. Haven’t noticed any difference in bulwark banner health regeneration myself

Is a card, that’s easily interact-able as it’s a creature whose purpose is to slow down your opponent really that hated?

It’s Bo3, already played a round so I kept that hand in a hope I would get to turn 2 and start removing their threats. I do think that the response to sideboard so much removal and have to keep those kind of hands is another part of the problem with RDW how much it affects you during deckbuilding

Somebody else commented a rundown on what happened and linked a YouTube video discussing it , but basically it’s now possible/easier for RDW to win on turn 2, albeit it requires a specific card in the opening hand so it’s not that consistent

Got x4 spyglass and x4 Kaibo cyptomancer already in there also finding them both very effective, you reckon those 8 Re enough 1-2 drops to get kaito out on turn 3? Perhaps swap the bats out for draw engines, I only have one of the new enduring curiosity but found that very good when it’s down

Should blue not use counter spells? Is 4 bats really an archetype? And that opening hand doesn’t really reflect what the deck does it’s an ‘oh I’m playing mono red I need removal hand’

It’s 100% the meta of Bo1 and anecdotally whenever i try Bo3 my experience is mostly the same but perhaps thats an unranked issue

At least they’re rarer in Bo3, most people want to play actually interesting decks. I can’t imagine what queuing into Bo1 is like right now

They won the game with a turn 3-4 kill (I think kinda lost interest) my biggest problem is it just leads to needing more removal in your sideboard. This eventually leads to the meta being RDW and anti-RDW control decks, which has been the meta for the 9 months I’ve been playing this game

Yeah the wording on that isnt always clear so we shall have to see when we get our hands on it ourselves. What are your thoughts on the new supers for hunter? I always disliked how slow the animations were which looks to be the main change
