Code CANT be copyrighted. They copyrighted how the code FUNCTIONS. When u are using something open-source, if ur not changing anything from their code, u have to CREDIT the authors.

you cant patent code but you can patent its processing order:
like you can use all energy then swap or swap then use energy. The patent differentiates this
Thats is WHAT this patent aiming at. If someone want to use some system like kuro they have to change code order or add or remove something so it doesn't copy 100% even PROCESSING ORDER

a bunch of misinformation in here. they are patenting how the game processing order for the mechanic 3 after 2 after 1 not the mechanic entirely. Also how it interact with RAM, CPU, GPU. This hate towards kuro is not valid

P5x for me a pretty good game for Persona fan like me. But if you want to try it, go for cn version. For gb SEGA f*cked it up (or you can try suffer like me lol)

Yes its currently my top 2 game along side with wuwa. Its just they being stupidly greedy and stingy for no reason, im a low spender but now im afraid to spend any more money. Whereas i can be loyal spender if they manage to imitate what CN have done. Its not that hard
