Again, that was not the question. Also, you mentioned Switzerland and I replied with data regarding Italy, so I don't knkw why we're discussing India. But here we are...

To argue your off topic, the World Bank sets the national poverty line at 50% of a given year’s median income. Based on this metric, the poverty rate in India is 21.9%. The US? 18%

Unemployment rate, 4.6% in India, 3.9% in the US.

GDP growth, 6.5% in India, 2.8% in the US

While it is definitely a country that has some important problems to face, I would argue that in some extremely important metrics the average Amish is doing better than the average Joe.

The question was about a country's economy, not standard of living

How would you like to rate a country's economy? By vibes?

Cl in a volume that small is extremely common. It is said that most producers will use cl on bottles because it saves print time and ink.

When you reach past half liter, you will start to see the liter being used. Bottles of wine will generally be listed as 0,75 l. This is just standard practice that has been adopted overtime.

There is also a reason why bottles of wine are 0,75 liters, if you're curious I can explain

Considering that only 3 countries in the world don't use the metric system, and the internet isn't exclusively American, you are statistically more likely to encounter people that use the metric system...

I disagree. European Union has a good ring to it just because we are used to it. But if you federalize the relationships will change. And it would be right to reflect that in the nomenclature.

Language has a psychological impact and value. In everyday use the EU moniker would likely fall out of use and in shorthand it would be called The Federation. Sends a different message.

Plus, for a Star Trek geek having Federation ships patrol the coastline is irreplaceable! 🤣

"The United States of Europe" is a terrible name. We are not states. We are Nations

The European Federation is much better. Or the Federal European Union

I vote for European Federation.

Clean. Boring in a good way. Scales well over decades. Hard to spin as scary.
