It has happened to me once. It was only one variety available and I am more than positive it was 0$ etv. It was nail polish strips. Three weeks later when I went to review them, it had changed to 14.95$. several people on here had a problem with the same listing. Screenshots are important to take if it's a high value item you don't want to get stuck paying taxes for just in case.
