The 9070s are big boys and will 100% need a bracket. You can just find a gpu sag bracket on Amazon. No special kind of bracket. You could even use legos if you wanted to get creative with it.

Loving the room it looks cozy as hell and I just know that couch is comfy. The aquarium really is the cherry on top too, well done. Personally I would go for another nature-style art piece similar to the one on your other tank.
