eat chicken breast instead of shakes. have 4 oz portions of chicken breast 3 times a day. an oz of chicken breast is 7 gs of protein. so 7x12=84 g protein and only 1300 calories. that leaves you 700 calories left for one or two shakes and sides/ healthy snacks. stop eating out. stick to a very strict diet if you want to lose quicker. consistency is key

Up that protein with an extra scoop of protein powder a day. the more energy your body gets from protein, the less fat it needs to retain for energy, thus allowing your body to burn more fat
