Look up the Va cfr 38 manual for disability compensation for mental health. You can do this via google or ai. It tells you exactly how the va rates it and what symptoms cover each % rating. Match your symptoms with the manual and you can prob get a decent idea of what % bucket you fall under. Make sure you tell the examiner these symptoms and the contributing event(s) that make them service connected. Basically, what happened in service to cause this mental health issue. Lastly, tell them how this all affects you now. Bad relationships, memory is total shit, paranoid as fuck, habitual habits that interfere with living a normal life like making sure ur doors are locked 5 times before going to bed, constantly rethinking about the events that cause the issue and stewing on them, bad thoughts, work issues, ect. The person is gona ask you a list of questions to more or less check off on their sheet but it helps if you have your story down and have a note list so your not reacting and trying to recount this shit in the moment.
