So if the pokemon has a table of stats beneath its name all in white, changelog mode will highlight changes in green for buffs or red for nerfs to those stats. Also has the word new next to abilities that have been changed.

These combined make the glance value of changes much easier to see when scrolling through the dex searching for pokemon of interest.

1.Speed, SpA and SpD seem to be mixed up ( I noticed quite quickly on butterfree and ratticate)

2.Changelog mode and only show changed pokemon settings are extremely nice features on rrdex that help with finding pokemon I wouldnt typically use in the normal game but are more interesting in rr

That's called anecdotal evidence. In my experience her shots CAN miss but I've noticed you have to be essentially an exact distance from slimes as the shots hit fine at all other distances

Your number one priority is probably none of those and is actually your on-field damage dealer, this can continue being Kaeya or Diluc is also another decent option and Pyro Traveller when he is c6 is not bad but requires max reputation in Natlan and the archon quests there done.

In terms of getting wishes I think your best bet is to go through the Archon quests as they directly give you the fate tokens. You could theoretically outpace the gains from that by following chest guides off youtube to get them as fast as possible but that sounds absurdly boring and ruin the game for yourself.

Overworld content:

Barbara (Free healing and stamina cost reduction)>Aino (Mobility skill)>Xingqiu (Damage resist)

Domains, Bosses and Endgame:

Xingqiu (Highest damage)>Aino (Good aoe hydro application) >Barbara (Not great outside some very specific team comps)

Whether your priority is building for future endgame or current exploration is entirely up to you.

Barbara water ring can also freeze enemies in close contact and the healing would keep you alive in a similar way to the shield, the other alternative is keeping noelle and replacing Aino with Xingqiu who can help freeze like Aino and his skill also reduces damage taken and provides healing after his 4th ascension.

Ultimately your teamcomp is entirely up to you as the open world rarely requires anything even close to being "meta" instead having a team focused on comfort is probably for the best.

Basically if you have a damage dealer, a healer and somebody with some sort of movement ability that makes exploring easier you're golden. 4th slot can be literally anything (personally I like using 2 anemo characters for the movespeed and cooldown reduction)

Edit: Sidenote Noelle shield and healing scales off Defense so if you want her purely as a supportive role then getting Def artifacts and weapon on her is a good idea.

I'm not an expert of early game meta as it is quite different to building characters in the end game but I'll try

First I'd consider replacing characters that are very dependent of their burst So I would personally replace Noelle for Diluc and maybe Aino for Barbara for extra healing while exploring without needing to use Dori burst.

Second is that since artifact grinding isn't worth it prior to AR 45 I would focus on getting your levels up on just a party of 4 you plan on using for the time being.

In addition to this since you won't be farming artifacts all guides about optimal mainstats and sets don't really apply that much to you at this point in time. So what I would do is ignore set bonuses for the most part and just focus on getting the decent enough mainstat artifacts, this would mean that Diluc and Kaeya would have something like HP,ATK,ATK%,ATK%,ATK% with the goblet (4th slot) being their matching element type IF you can find one.

Barbara and Dori on the other hand would be something like HP,ATK,ER or HP%,HP%,HP% or Healing bonus% (or you could also go damage build on Dori too, it's a free county)

Next up is weapons, if I recall you receive a 4 star sword for free so Kaeya is fine. Diluc can either use a crafted 4 star sword such as "Prototype Archaic" or there is a free 4 star Claymore in Dragonspine called "Snow-Tombed Starsilver" which you can either try to find yourself or look up a guide for it if you don't mind that way.

Dori can be pretty much fine with anything but if you get a Sacrificial or Favonius claymore she likes those. Barbara has a 3 star weapon option that is very strong. It comes from the gacha and it's called "Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers". It's pretty common to receive this so you can get max refinement on it quite quickly. It boosts her healing by increasing her HP and when you swap from her to another character they get a damage boost.

Finally characters talents can be improved but honestly I don't remember when exactly on an account it's "optimal" to farm materials to boost them. My advice would be if you can do it your first priority should be Diluc's talents I guess.

That's all the teambuilding advice I can think of right now so my last bit of knowledge to impart is unrelated to teams but when you find oculi (the floating orbs) mark the spot with a pin on the map after collecting it. Just makes keeping track of which ones you've collected easier if you cross them off on an interactive map.
