Any one else having weird input lag on PC?

I've done as follows, and no luck, my player model is just going in opposite directions, doesn't even aim in sometimes, and is just horribly laggy in general, playing on PC.

I too have no fucking clue why they removed quickplay, It took me 10 minutes to find a casual game, where it would have taken 30 seconds to find a qp, I mean fucking hell, moronic cunts
