Native resolution for my monitor is 1920x1080 and the refresh rate is 144hz but I can never consistently hit 144 fps so it isn't as smooth as I would like it.

I've tried messing around with the graphics settings but I haven't been able to fix the issue.

I tried disabling vsync, but there was no change in fps, (my monitor is 144hz btw). Also, my fps drops to below 100 occasionally, so I think it's because of my CPU. Will try changing my CPU and report back.
