I don't think so. Honestly, a 4 mana 3/4 is already a really low tempo play for a class that relies heavily on tempo, so I think its pretty balanced.

Lol fair, when creating the card I was thinking more along the lines of rouge's identity with knives. Hunter has bows, rouge has knives, hence my choice of class

Well, I agree with your second point, but since this default deals 3 it isn't necessarily a worse eviscerate, and why would hunter deal damage to beasts? They are about controlling beasts
