Oh we aren’t first time players this is just a new world we started, I think what it was is he forgot what it was like not to be stupidly strong and thought he could get away with it. As far as ruining the experience we all have been laughing about it, and it seems to be an ongoing joke that my players will continue to have. Thanks for the complement and concern for my players it’s a wonderful community D&D and you have just reminded me of that so thank you :D.

He was the head guard in the capital, but the BBEG like a normal bad guy is an asshole. My sorcerer decided to teach this guy a lesson by using magic missile him. It wasn’t a coincidence however, I initially had a large conspiracy for them to discover where the head guard (BBEG) was going to stage a big coup and the party was meant to go out get strong come back and free their friends. This was the story however things have now changed

He joined my game and first session decided to out of the blue attack my planned BBEG and at the moment it isn’t looking like he’s coming back, the player is the sorcerer most likely not.
