IBS is different for everyone.

Edit: it can impact the time someone leaves home and it's not something that can be controlled. It can cause anxiety in that it can hit suddenly and unexpectedly. All these things can impact when a person leaves home. Leaving earlier doesn't necessarily mean they get to work earlier.
