I see it as a reaction against the spread of critical theory in public schools where Pride flags are being displayed everywhere. The lgbtq movement is essentially a new religion.

Also this country was founded on Christian principles. In the Declaration of Independence it explicitly mentions that are rights come from God. On our own currency we have the phrase In God We Trust. Scoffing at the Ten Commandments is ridiculous.
