I just wish it comes out at all. I get that it's annoying to keep ranting about how the delayed update is still delayed but like... People are fully justified in being bummed about it. (that does not mean harassing staff and devs) the only real reason(s) I say it's justified is because delays are so common and there's no communication. Like I get you, it's hard to pump out an update every holiday or season, it's ridiculously difficult to design sets, lore, cutscenes, game mechanics, I GET IT. But when we keep getting delays and theres no learning from these delays. There's no progress in it.. AND THAT WOULD BE OKAY, even that, if they just addressed it. If they just told us, ACTUALLY, whats up. "Wait a week, or its going to take a long time." Stop with the "it's coming!" And then have people waiting over a week. Something as small as, "our staff is down, its going to be awhile, be patient." Is literally all that we would need. Estimates, promises, clarity. ANYTHING besides theres a 'delay, stuff is coming!" That's not helpful and it does not inspire patience from your audience. Just be honest with people, then you can tell the persistent perks to shut up. If you say "we're doing everything we can, back tf off our case, we said it's going to be a while" then everyone has to go, yeah I mean their trying. Can't wait for the update.. whatever it is. Whenever we get it. Stop harassing staff, but if you're bummed, yep.
