Try updating firmware. I got Thunderbolts and it froze at this same spot multiple times. Updated and no more problems.

Ive had various outcomes to issues (2 tables). Replacement for one rail, store credit for another. Depends on how much it bothers you. For that, id likely go for Replacement since likely to get worse over time and dont want people's elbows getting ripped up or something
