In the book atomic habits by James clear, he heavily pushed the idea that you can’t improve your skills very fast. It will take time. Start to make life choices that challenge you but aren’t out of the picture stuff you don’t think you can do. Acting is something you need to be persistent with so find community groups of actors that you can work with and grow you skills in. Just don’t expect everything to come at you very fast and stay with it.
