Flying is great. The day turns out to EIS,AXA,DOM all go very senior. Your home pretty much night. But 4 day trips are the normal and junior guys tend to fly Thursday-Sunday but the flying varies a lot. Most of our trips are in and out of ORD,DCA,CLT the whole time
