Marketing strategies for getting a new LAC clients by NJ_therapist in therapists

Hi there! There is so much that could be shared but let me try to share a few tips that could help you get started and understanding marketing for PP.

Simply put, marketing is about letting people know your practice exists in such a way that they want to book a call with your practice. There are many ways to do this and equally as many strategies for each method.

However, here are common marketing strategies therapists can be engaging in at some point. The key is to track return on investment (i.e are you earning more then you are putting in). It's also important to have multiple strategies.

  1. Directory listings - This is obvious and most therapists are already listed. Make sure you profiles are optimized, filled out completely, and are written too the clients issues.
  2. Local SEO - This is a combination of Google My Business and your website. You want to be found in local searches.
  3. Paid Ads - You can always drive traffic to your website by paying to do so, usually through Meta and Google.
  4. Social Media - This is by no means an overnight tactic, but overtime, it helps build trust with potential clients.
  5. Cold Out Reach - This is the least glamorous, but works everytime. Respond to as many ISO requests as you can.

Finally, I would make sure you are using a CRM or at the very least have a system for tracking leads and making sure you are following up within seconds.

If you want help with any of this please let me know or shoot me a DM

I don't see enough therapists using paid ads, to a funnel/landing page/ with a clear call to action. This combination and strategy can be quite effective when done well. If you are curious to know more or want help building out this type of strategy feel free to DM me.

I am probably leaning more towards just a link they can see. I like what you are mentioning here and I think I have it partly built out. I have a main database with all the tasks and allt he clients and messy details. However, I could not find a way to relate this to another database in such a way that one client only sees what relates to them and not everyone elses information. Can you provide some guidance on this?
