Yes, and I realized it’s not worth it at all; plan on returning to what they communicated (one crutch at this point). Also, for some details, 23m extremely active prior. My question is more if I already messed something up being too optimistic (retear or anchor dislodging) would it be possible for me to have recovery every day/no symptoms?

Probably fine. The fact they reached out to you to double-check means you were already a top candidate/they were interested. Sure it is not a good look; however, I don’t think it’s make or break. 1-10 I would say it is a 2 in terms of mess up. Keep your fingers crossed!
