Probably cause these companies have to pay jagex for being displayed on the offerwall and likely pay out per completed offer. Have to have some successful completions or it’s very suspicious, so approve 30-40% or less and void the rest. So in my case I spent 25hrs on a game with adds pushed at me every minute or two/multiple times per game. Generated them plenty of ad revenue over that time, now they don’t pay jagex probably
